We provide representation for two types of Florida Guardianship cases. We draft all legal documents, attend all court hearings, and assist in establishing legal guardianship.

We provide representation in several criminal areas – including traffic violations, violations of probation, and other misdemeanor charges.
We conclude our representation by assisting you through the sealing and expungement process (if applicable).

We provide skilled representation for all family law matters – including adoption, custody, divorce, and paternity actions.
BUSINESS LAW
We assist you in determining and establishing the most tax-efficient entity for your business (i.e., LLC, PLLC, LLLP, S Corp, C Corp).
LABOR & EMPLOYMENT
We regularly litigate claims involving unpaid wages, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements. We also represent union members, assist clients with day-to-day employment-related issues, leadership training, and contract negotiation and drafting.
